Fast             30                       The F.A.B. Workout is a progressive resistance workout that

Awesome 60                       incorporates, weight, repetition, and time. This program is    

Brutal         90                       actually three different workouts, Fast 30, Awesome 60, and            

Workout             Brutal 90. A minimum number of repetitions must be performed

within a given period of time in order to increase the weight for the next scheduled workout.

Only one set per exercise is sufficient enough to make gains. The object is to push yourself to

meet the required number of repetitions, increase the weight for the next scheduled workout,

and perform the required number of repetitions for the new weight. This progression continues

until you reach your maximum potential.
